About the work: For this project, I took a lot of inspiration from vintage-style space posters and tried to create one for the Psyche asteroid. I also decided to add a small animation that shows the asteroid partially rotating to show off a few of the features of Psyche. I used procreate to create this artwork and really enjoyed dipping my toes in a little animation as it is something I have never done before. I also really enjoyed using the official colors of the Psyche Project as it challenged me to think creatively and use a color palette that I wouldn’t normally have chosen.
