About the work: The digital artwork depicts a bust of the female goddess, crowned by the metal composition of the asteroid. Her eyes reflect the deep void of space, marked by colorful nebulas. She is surrounded by a few, colorful stars. The piece marries both the mythological figure of Psyche and the asteroid Psyche. Psyche, the goddess of the soul, combines with the asteroid to become the goddess of the soul of space. The piece was created on a tablet via the Procreate digital art program.
