Genre/Medium: Artist's Concept

As a graphic artist at JPL, I created this artist’s concept for the initial Psyche mission proposal to the NASA Discovery Program in 2014. This image was also used in news releases in 2015 about the mission being selected for further study, with the caption: “Artist’s concept of the Psyche spacecraft, which will conduct a direct exploration of an asteroid thought to be a stripped planetary core. Image Credit NASA/JPL-Caltech.”
