PROJECT DESCRIPTION
NASA’s Psyche Mission involves a diverse interdisciplinary team of hundreds of people from many backgrounds and abilities who must work together effectively to accomplish a large and complex project. This need to work in teams across distance, time, discipline, and other types of diversity is increasingly common in many work and school settings. To help people on all kinds of different teams learn how to be better teammates and create better team culture, the mission is releasing a free online course called “The Inclusive Mindset: Tools for Building Positive Team Culture.” As a way for learners to practice what is presented in the course, a team of students is creating an engaging game to help participants practice good teamwork skills and give them feedback on ways they could improve.
