PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The AR/WebXR for Public Engagement project is designed to enhance the educational experience of museum attendees by focusing on the NASA Psyche mission. This web-based application provides an interactive exhibit where patrons can scan QR codes on a 3D model of the Psyche asteroid, leading to immersive augmented reality (AR) and WebXR experiences. These interactive features allow users to explore critical aspects of the Psyche mission, including the spacecraft’s scientific instruments and its four distinct orbits around the asteroid.
